Service hours needed for the semester must be completed in full prior to taking semester exams. 

All of the forms are to be submitted to your theology teacher on the day that your theology exam is taken. The reflection on your service hours will be done during the exam time.   Academic credit will not be given. Incomplete forms may result in not receiving credit. Please review for accuracy before submitting your form.

Seniors must have all 100 service hours completed by the first regular school day of April.  The forms are to be submitted to your theology teachers on that day.

The completion of, at least, 100 service hours is a pre-requisite to receive an IWA diploma.  If service hours have not been completed the diploma will be withheld until the requirement is met.

Keep a copy for your records for verification of hours served. 

Service hours performed during the summer months are counted for the fall semester.
